With over two decades of experience in recruitment, executive search, and leadership advisory, our CEO has been deeply involved in building and scaling high-impact teams across global technology hubs.
Their career includes working with global enterprises such as Amazon, building multiple recruitment businesses from the ground up, and successfully scaling and exiting select ventures, while continuing to lead and grow their core recruitment organization. Over the years, they have personally led the recruitment of more than 50,000 professionals across enterprises and high-growth organizations.
This experience spans large-scale hiring programs, executive search, GCC establishment and expansion, and long-term RPO engagements supporting sustained growth.
